"Heart and Cuisine" is the book about heart health and healthy eating.

Book authors, well known Latvian cardiologists,  shortened course on heart health has been collected in the first part of the book, while in the second one contains cardiologist’s recommendations for food recipes – a way to maintain heart and the rest of the body in good shape.
