EAE Teaching Course “New echocardiographic techniques for myocardial function imaging” will be organized on 5th-7th April 2012 in Inter Expo Center- Sofia, Bulgaria.

Tickets can be purchased at the UMC (Urban Mobility Center Sofia) ticket sales points
(ticket kiosks and news stands), from ticket machines, and from bus drivers.

IEC is 10 min from the Airport and the cost is less than 6 EURO depending on traffic.

Banking & Currency:
In Bulgaria the currency is the Bulgarian Lev (BGN). 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN - fixed rates. Foreign currencies can be exchanged at banks, at the airport as well as at the private exchange offices throughout the city which are open from 8:30 to 20:00 hrs. Local banks, where Traveler's cheques and Eurocheques can be also cashed, serve between 8:30 and 17:00 hrs. Climate:

The electric current is 220V AC with a frequency of 50 Hertz. European Standard Type C plugs with two round pins are used.
Insurance:
The registration fees do not include the insurance of participants against personal accidents, sickness, cancellations by any party, theft, loss or damage to personal possessions. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, cancellation and personal effects.
